Terms of Use
Effective date: November 6, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of talenso.com and its forms, job information, and other website content. They apply only to the website and do not replace a separate written agreement for Talenso's recruiting or staffing services.
1. Agreement to these terms
The website at talenso.com (the "Site") is operated by Talenso LLC ("Talenso," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old to submit information through the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. About Talenso and the Site
Talenso provides executive search, technical talent search, permanent-placement, and contract IT staffing services. The Site describes those services, provides information about potential opportunities, and allows hiring teams, candidates, and other visitors to contact us.
The Site is intended for users and opportunities primarily in the United States. Website content is provided for general information and may not describe every service, requirement, or engagement term.
3. Information you submit
When you submit information through the Site or communicate with Talenso, you agree that:
the information is accurate, current, and yours to provide;
you will not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, experience, authority, or affiliation;
you will not provide confidential, proprietary, or trade-secret information belonging to an employer, former employer, client, or other third party;
you will not send Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, financial account information, medical information, or other sensitive information unless Talenso specifically requests it for a lawful purpose; and
you authorize Talenso to contact you in response to your inquiry and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy and your stated preferences.
The Site does not accept resume uploads. A candidate may choose to provide a resume later by email. Our collection and handling of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Hiring team inquiries
Submitting a hiring inquiry, requesting information, or discussing a potential search does not create a client relationship and does not obligate either party to proceed. Talenso provides recruiting or staffing services only under a separate written agreement that addresses the engagement's scope, fees, responsibilities, and other terms. If these Terms of Use conflict with that written agreement, the written agreement controls for the services covered by it.
5. Candidate inquiries and representation
Submitting a profile, LinkedIn URL, resume, or other career information does not create an employment, agency, fiduciary, or exclusive-representation relationship with Talenso. It does not guarantee that Talenso will contact you, identify an opportunity, present you to a client, arrange an interview, or secure an offer or placement.
Talenso will identify a specific client before presenting your profile to that client and will obtain your authorization to represent you for that opportunity. Unless separately agreed in writing, you remain responsible for deciding whether to pursue an opportunity and for confirming that information you provide is accurate.
Nothing on the Site is an offer or promise of employment. Talenso does not employ candidates placed in permanent roles. Hiring, compensation, work authorization, background screening, onboarding, and employment decisions are made by the applicable client or employer, subject to any separate staffing arrangement and applicable law.
6. Open roles and compensation information
Role descriptions, locations, work arrangements, compensation ranges, benefits, qualifications, timelines, and availability may be supplied by a client and may change without notice. A posted role may be modified, paused, filled, or withdrawn at any time. Talenso may correct or remove inaccurate or outdated information.
Compensation ranges and other role details are estimates or good-faith descriptions at the time of publication, not promises. Actual terms may depend on experience, skills, location, client policy, market conditions, and other lawful factors, and will be determined by the employer or stated in a written offer.
7. Equal opportunity
Talenso is committed to fair and respectful recruiting practices. We consider candidates without unlawful discrimination based on any characteristic protected by applicable law and expect clients using our services to comply with applicable equal-employment-opportunity laws. Employment decisions remain the responsibility of the applicable employer.
8. Acceptable use
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
violate any law, regulation, contractual obligation, intellectual property right, privacy right, or other right;
submit false, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, or harmful material;
introduce malware, malicious code, excessive traffic, or other material intended to disrupt or compromise the Site;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its hosting environment, accounts, forms, communications, or connected systems;
scrape, harvest, index, copy, or collect Site content or personal information through automated means without our written permission;
use the Site to send spam, unsolicited promotions, or other unauthorized communications; or
use Talenso's name, content, or services to misrepresent an endorsement, relationship, opportunity, or hiring decision.
9. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, the Talenso name and logo, and other materials created by Talenso, are owned by Talenso or used with permission and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site and share links to it for personal or internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, sell, license, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written permission.
Names, logos, and trademarks of clients, partners, professional platforms, or other third parties belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the Site does not transfer any rights to Talenso or to you and does not necessarily imply endorsement.
10. Third party services and links
The Site may link to or interact with third-party websites and services, including professional networking platforms, mapping tools, or client application systems. Talenso does not control and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, accessibility, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms and policies.
11. Website availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors or harmful components. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the Site, Talenso, our clients, candidates, service providers, or others.
12. Disclaimers
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TALENSO DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES RELATING TO THE SITE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND AVAILABILITY.
We make reasonable efforts to keep Site information useful and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose. Statements about search results, candidate submissions, placement outcomes, tenure, clients served, or other performance measures describe past experience or an internal benchmark and do not guarantee future results.
The Site does not provide legal, tax, immigration, career, compensation, or employment advice. You should obtain appropriate professional advice for your circumstances.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TALENSO AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TALENSO'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100). These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited and do not alter liability governed by a separate written services agreement.
14. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Talenso and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Site, information or material you submit, infringement of another person's rights, or material breach of these terms.
15. Governing law and venue
These terms and any dispute relating to the Site are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any non-waivable legal right, the state and federal courts located in Contra Costa County, California, will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the Site, our practices, or legal requirements. We will post the updated terms on the Site and revise the effective date. Changes apply prospectively when posted unless a later date is stated. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
17. General terms
If any provision is held unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent. These terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Talenso concerning use of the Site, but do not replace a separate written agreement for recruiting or staffing services.
