Vivek Vaideeswaran

Vivek’s career in technology spans software development, large enterprise programs for clients in Financial Services, Higher Education and Healthcare, and M&A integrations in IT services. He continues this work today as a strategy and IT consultant. He has set up offshore delivery centers, build-operate-transfer programs and global capability centers, and rebuilt the sales and account management leadership of a global IT services firm.

Since 2014, he has led Talenso’s search practice, partnering directly with business leaders on every hire.

He is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
